I am an adult psychiatrist, who has worked in the Chicago area for 24 years. Throughout my time in practice, I have used psychodynamic and supportive psychotherapy treatment models, often in conjunction with medication management.  For many clients, I provide medication treatment piece, where another practitioner may provide the therapy, or medication may be the sole form of treatment.

The ‘bread and butter’ of my practice has been working with people who struggle with depression and anxiety.  In more recent years, I have also seen many adults who have benefited greatly from attention deficit disorder treatment.

A special area of interest of mine, is working with parents who are raising a child or children with ADHD. This is a very difficult journey depending where your child may be on the spectrum of ADHD, and I provide education, support and tools to use along this journey.
